# Product Knowledge Training Brief

## Audience and outcome

Audience: new export sales staff. After the session, a learner should be able to identify the Hero SKU, find its facts in the product master, and distinguish confirmed facts from information that needs confirmation.

## Required teaching structure

1. Product-category map from the product master.
2. Hero product name, SKU and target use context.
3. Specifications and material: show where each fact comes from.
4. Packing, MOQ and trade-term reading.
5. How to ask a buyer about use, quantity and packaging.
6. Information that must be confirmed before a quote or commitment.
7. A short knowledge check using only supplied source facts.

## Source boundary

Use `product-master.xlsx` and `hero-spec-data.md` as the only product facts. Do not turn reference price, certification text or safety notes into broader promises.
